Zoombrarian: Using Zoom to provide personalized database instruction

I was recently enrolled in an excellent evidenced-based nursing course. My classmates were educators. None of them librarians. As part the course, one university’s medical librarians gave us a PubMed searching lesson. In my rare role as student database rather than librarian, had epiphany. Passively watching librarian search is so incredibly boring and hard to follow that even checked out. She perfectly executed kind demonstration we all regularly provide for classes, there nothing egregiously incorrect about her presentation. Experiencing lesson from other side virtual desk, however, sharply revealed me how ineffectual this method instruction is. resolved never teach way again.
